Lean Belly Breakthrough

Obesity should be treated like one of the most common nutritional disorders that results in many medical complications, principally frustration and difficulty obtaining an effective result in the management.

Obesity is thought to be a direct result of being inactive and eating a lot of calories over a long period of time.

40–70% of obesity is explained by genetic influence. Since the number of obese people has grown so quickly in the last few decades, it’s likely that environmental and behavioral factors have something to do with it.

Obesity And The Evaluation Of The Different Degrees

Consider these different factors that contribute to becoming overweight: age, recent weighty changes, history of obesity, occupation, eating, exercise pattern, and the use of tobacco and alcohol.

The BMI is used to figure out how much fat is on your body and where it’s located. It’s also used to figure out your nutritional status and prevent diseases that happen together.

The  B M I management

BMI closely correlates with excess adipose tissue. It is worked out by dividing the body weight in kilograms by the square of the height in meters.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) says that a healthy BMI is between 18.5 and 25.9.

Overweight is defined as having a BMI of 25–29.9.

Obesity class I is 30–34.9.

The age range for class II obesity is 35–39.9 years.

A BMI of 40 or higher is considered Class III Obesity 9 (extreme) obesity.

Obesity or Overweight

Obese individuals with increasing abdominal circumference (greater than 102 cm in men and 88 cm in women) or a high waist-hip ratio have a greater risk of diabetes mellitus, stroke, coronary artery disease, and early death than equally obese patients with low radios.

All people with overweight or obesity should be assessed for possible medical consequences by screening for metabolic syndrome. Blood pressure, waist circumference, fasting glucose, low density lipoprotein (LDL), HDL cholesterol, and triglycerides should be measured.

Definition of metabolic syndrome

25% of the general nonobese, nondiabetic population has insulin resistance of a magnitude similar to that of type 2 diabetes. Individuals who are insulin resistant but not diabetic are at a much higher risk of developing type 2 diabetes, as well as having elevated plasma triglycerides, lower high-density lipoproteins (LDLS), and high blood pressure.

syndrome X or metabolic syndrome are abnormalities

The goals of this syndrome are to fix the high blood sugar (hyperglycemia) and take care of the high blood pressure and bad cholesterol (dyslipidemia), which put the brain and heart at higher risk.

Different ways of management and treatment

The successful program employs a multidisciplinary approach to weight loss, with a low calorie diet, behavior modification to change eating disorders, aerobic exercise, and social support, with the final goals being to keep the good diet habits and achieve the ideal weight for the age and gender.

Diets

Low carbohydrate diets can be used safely and effectively for weight loss without adverse effects on lipids or other metabolic parameters. Long-term changes in eating behavior are required to maintain weight loss.

Very low-calorie diets of 800–1000 kcal/day result in rapid weight loss and a marked initial improvement in obesity. A person in this program for 4-6 months loses an average of 2 pounds per week.

The best plan is to do the daily math and exercises.

Exercise

It has great value for people trying to lose weight and keep it off. Aerobic exercise, in particular, increases the amount of energy used every day and is especially helpful in the long run.

Exercise alone results in small amounts of weight loss. Diet plus exercise results in slightly greater weight loss than diet alone. More exercise per day is associated with a greater amount of weight loss.

The social support in the process is of great value for the accomplishment of the goals. The combination of aerobic exercise and dieting gives excellent results.

Medication

For the treatment of obesity, medications are available both over the counter and by prescription. A person with a BMI greater than 30 or those with a BMI of 27 with obesity and complications should follow the medical prescriptions.

Bariatric Surgery

It is a treatment option for patients with very severe obesity. The most popular is the roux in Y gastric bypass (RYGB). The operation can be done laparoscopically with the RYBG and typically results in a substantial loss of over 30% in some cases.

This types of procedures involve making changes in your digestive system to reduce weight. Bariatric surgery is make when the deafferents dies and exercises programs don’t give you results and you have very serious health problems with your overweight.  With this different procedures your limit how much do  you eat. Other act in different way by  decreases the body’s ability to absorb nutrients, in this way help to reducing weight little by little.
